Manage and lead internal projects associated with our technology, software and IT solutions. Work with Department and Company Leadership and outside vendors/contractors on the advancement, implementation, documentation, training and proactive maintenance/improvement of technology solutions across the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES
|
DEPARTMENT Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary internal owner and administrator of Monday.com; stay current on system updates and processes; lead and execute proactive and reactive Monday.com training and support for the team
- Serve as primary project manager for projects involving internal technology needs, working with event teams, other departments, and the IT team to deliver innovative and timely solutions
- Document, organize, maintain key information, and lead periodic ROI assessments about all external technology solutions (documentation to include internal owner, subject matter expert, contract terms, teams impacted, cost, uses)
- Problem-solve and advise on the math or logic/implementation of tech solutions for things like ticketing, dinning reservations, access control, photo check-in, etc.
- Serve as admin for all company-wide external and third-party technology solutions, including but not limited to: Slack, Google, Monday, Canva
- Determine inventory/venue setup and ticketing needs per event
- Own keycard printing (from Sixthman’s perspective) and IT assignments in Monday.com board tracker, facilitating event team needs with IT, tracking in board, and verifying files created for ship
- Facilitate secondary keycard requests and creation process
- Determine what can print on keycards
- Review of all keycard sample diagrams for keycard printing and approval for every event
- Coordinate onboard internet setup with NCL team, including onboard internet bandwidth increase requests, onboard internet pin requests for staff, onboard Wi-Fi passwords for talent, and communication of all information with onboard team including office manager and talent relations team
- Test booking pages and other larger new features to ensure seamless rollouts and an easy, reliable customer experience
- Execute and maintain the process for ordering, tracking, installing/setting-up, troubleshooting and maintaining company hardware, including but not limited to, computers/laptops, monitors, conference systems, etc.
- Administer and create new users and their access controls and roles in our internal systems
- Purchase and manage domain purchases and renewals for all event websites
EVENT responsibilities
- Serve as lead ticketing/access control representative in conversations with event teams. Coordinate setup with the IT team and facilitate all steps with event team
- Import event pricing for all event launches
SAILING responsibilities
- Attend several of the Company’s events annually and perform various duties onsite which could include box office manager, ushering, guest services, etc. with goal of providing world class experience to guests and talent and partners
- Periodically sail as the onboard box office manager to own the guest facing box office and ticketing process onboard, and maintain clear documentation over these processes so that others can effectively serve in the role

QUALIFICATIONS
AND EXPERIENCE
|
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience (2+ years of project management experience preferred)
- PMP or similar project-management certification a plus
- Monday.com experience strongly preferred
- High comprehension of technical tools
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving/analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex, unanticipated, and/or sensitive issues
- Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure, meet timelines on multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changes or challenges
- Ability to keep information confidential required
